At MindWorks, we provide uniquely designed Holistic Psychological Assessment/Evaluation services.
Every Psychological Evaluation Includes:
- Initial Intake Session
- Comprehensive Psychological Report
- Feedback session to thoroughly explain results, address any concerns and answer any questions you may have to ensure that you fully understand results and recommendations.
FEE STRUCTURE FOR EVALUATIONS
*Please note, as with all psychological services payment is due prior to receiving the service.*
Initial Intake Session- $250
Every evaluation begins with an initial intake session at which time we truly get to know and understand you as an individual based on your unique set of experiences and circumstances. By the end of this session, we will recommend what types of assessments would be best to meet your needs.
- If you decide to go forward with the evaluation we recommend, the initial intake fee ($250) will be credited towards the total cost of your evaluation.
Intellectual Evaluation- $600 ($350 after intake credit)
This evaluation provides you with helpful information about cognitive strengths and weaknesses (we all have them!) as well as your overall level of intellectual functioning.
Psychoeducational Evaluation- $2,025 ($1,775 after intake credit)
This evaluation includes an Intellectual Evaluation, assesses visual-motor integration skills, current reading, writing and mathematics abilities as well as emotional/behavioral functioning. This assessment can be immensely helpful in: identifying why a student may be struggling in school; identifying or ruling out a Specific Learning Disorder or emotional issue that may be impacting academic functioning; and providing applicable recommendations including classroom accommodations.
Attentional Functioning/ADHD Evaluation- $2,025 ($1,775 after intake credit)
This evaluation includes an Intellectual Evaluation, Emotional/Personality Evaluation and an assessment of attentional and executive functioning ability. This evaluation can be helpful in better understanding attentional difficulties; can identify or rule Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, and provide applicable recommendations including classroom accommodations.
Emotional Functioning/Personality Evaluation- $600 ($350 after intake credit)
This evaluation includes an assessment of current emotional functioning and personality traits that can shed light on past and/or current difficulties that you may be working to overcome. This evaluation can provide a clear window into your deeper personality structures and emotions that may not be easily visible on the surface. This valuable information can greatly accelerate self-reflection, insight and growth and help you to reach your goals more efficiently. Additionally, If you have been assigned a diagnosis in the past that you fee unsure about, this evaluation can help you to find deeper clarity.
